This blog and website WAS being sued. 

10/09-Update: Attorney John Munger announced his candidacy to run for governor (oust Jan Brewer) of Arizona. John Munger and his law firm represented Tucson Greyhound Park in the lawsuit against this blog in 2008. The lawsuit was dismissed by TGP after eight months.

The Citizen Media Law Project, from the Berkman Center at Harvard  Law School posted the entire lawsuit. 

So far both the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and the Preliminary Injunction have been denied.
