Sign the petition to end greyhound racing at the dog track in South Tucson.

Get involved. Don’t just shake your head. That doesn’t make greyhound racing abuse go away. Let’s find solutions to make 2011 the year that greyhound racing ends in Arizona. Only 7 states have dog racing — unfortunately, Arizona is still one of them. Many voices can work together to make it happen.
One thing is for sure — silence breeds consent.

I have been involved with Greyhound adoption and rescue for almost 20 years – it is such a cruel thing to put these beautiful and gentle dogs through – just for humans to make money on – and then when they get hurt, toss them away like yesterday’s newspaper.
These dogs are living, breathing and feeling creatures who deserve better lives than to race in the hot Arizona sun -
Stop all dog racing now – brutal thing to do.
