Some of you may remember that almost a year ago, the good citizens of South Tucson voted to enact the Tucson Dog Protection Act.
It’s been a year and in this most recent article in the Tucson Weekly, the Tucson dog track is not playing by the rules or the will of the voters.
Does that surprise you?
It doesn’t surprise me.
