Signs, Signs, Everywhere a Sign-Greyhound Racing Sucks
We wonder in the last 15 years of greyhound racing, how many greyhounds have died? We can probably find out how many were reported but that is nowhere near the real number of greyhounds that die all in the name of sport and greed.
We also wonder how many greyhound racing protests there have been?
Probably not enough.
It’s a new year and we are most likely going to hang out on street corners and other venues carrying big signs. The collective we, are no longer going to the back of the bus about the horrors of greyhound racing especially at the Tucson dog track.
This got us thinking about signs. Here are a few:
Born from Petting – Dead from Betting
Euthanize Racing Industry
Dead Dogs are the Product of the Dog Racing Industry
Racing to Death
Greyhound Holocaust
Dog Racing = Dying Sport
Ban the Blood Sport
Dog wearing sign: Lucky to be Alive
Stop Greyhound Racing Dead in Its Tracks
You Bet They Die
Stop the Slaughter
Worse than Michael Vick
Greyhound Racing Sucks
If you have a good idea for a sign, please leave it in a comment.
If you have recently protested the blood sport of greyhound racing, please share your experiences.
Thank you
My grey has a jacket that says “Race Cars NOT Dogs” and I had shirts printed up by X-tees and passed them out. X-tees put some rockabilly flair to it with crossed race flags. It works really well and people ask me about the jacket all the time.
My new “foster” (soon to be mine)- grey was going to have a jacket that says “Ask me about my abuse on the track” but now I am liking that “Lucky to be alive” idea as well
Thanks for the website and all you do to help the dogs!!!

I, too, printed some Tshirts. They say
“Pensacola Greyhound Racing.
Hope your dog won.. the losers are dead.”
I was surprised to not see many comments on this. 0-o ( New subscriber)
Anyway. Your doing a great thing here. My greyhound and I have watched and prayed for an end to TGP for a long time. I plan to distribute your petition throughout my school. Thank you so much for being a voice for these dogs- keep it up. We’re behind you!
I feel new to the cause (rescued 3 greyts within last 9 years, 2 still with me) and am happy to see your site. Keep up the good work. We will here in Illinois! Love your signs and am always looking for ways to advertise against the suffering of such sweet animals. Keep up your efforts!
